The BrightON LED Line is a High-End, Premium LED Module Product Born from within the Electric Sign Industry for the Electric Sign Industry.

Born from within the Electric Sign Industry we know the importance of Light Quality, Light Efficiency (Light per power), Usability, & Longevity.

We achieve all of this by having all of our systems Constant Current rather than your typical, popular, low cost budget Constant Voltage Systems.  The important results are longer life with the use of an IC Chip or Current Regulator instead of just using onboard resistors for protection.  You'll also receive Consistent Lighting along your string of LEDs, unlike with Constant Voltage where the first LED on the string will be brighter than the last.

The Quality of White is the Quality you would expect as a Custom Sign Shop.  A True White, not a Dirty Gray, Greenish Hue you discover you have when you put them alongside other White LED Products.

Below you will notice all the 6500K Products going from Green, to White, to Blue.  These are ALL Labeled as 6500K from the Manufacturer.  If you were to only light one of these channels at a time, your eyes would tell you...you are seeing white.  You won't see the difference until you start comparing.  A true 6500K White is hard and expensive to achieve.

(All Products below are labeled as 6500K by the manufacturers)

Our Light per Power is amazing!

We ONLY use High Quality, Expensive Chips for our LED Modules.  You'll get a lot of Light for very little Power and at the same time achieving an under driven system which is key for when it comes to LED Life.

The only way you will know quality is when you compare different products together and draw your own conclusion.

You can compare our BrightON LED Modules to other similar driven modules that are the same, or greater power, and get a greater Light Output, that shows the real efficiency of a product.

You have to understand when it comes to spec sheets written by manufacturers, in a lot of cases they are exaggerated, and not very truthful.  In fact, don't be surprised if one day you just see that we just label our "Efficiency" in our spec sheets as "Just Bright".  This is because you may be trying to compare the BrightON products to others based on spec sheets.  In reality, you won't know until you compare them.

Some Spec Sheets just aren't honest.

Below is an example of just how efficient the BrightON LED Line is.  This is a simple comparison of our BrightON II .8watt module versus the Principal Qwik Mod 2 LED Module, and a higher powered .92 watt Sloan VL4 Module.

(Left to right, Sloan LED VL4, Principal Qwik Mod2, BrightON II)

All Channels are 4" x 2' x 5" in depth, all spacing between modules is equal.

The Lighting results speak for themselves....

As you can see the Luminance on the sign face (7328 White Acrylic) using a ExTech Light Meter, the BrightON II is nearly 30% brighter than the Principal Qwik Mod 2 for the same power driven....and the BrightON II is nearly 20% brighter than the higher wattage .92 watt Sloan VL4 Modules.

Also, not the quality of White Light on the sign face, as well as the light bouncing around inside the channel.

The BrightON II LED module is TRUELY Light Efficient over a lot of other LED modules in the market.

We can say this because you can only say a product is "efficient" when you compare it to other like light products, and when one can produce more light for the same or lesser power (lower cost of operation), then...and only then can you say, a Product is "Efficient".

The BrightON II & BrightON IV both come in 24 volt as well as 12 volt.

We were one of the very few LED Modules to come out with 24 Volt.

We understand there is a hard transition with some shops and reluctance to transition from 12 volts to 24 volts, we find it had to do with the hardship of finding 24V LED Power Supplies, or the Sign Shops already had cases upon cases of 12V Led Power Supplies.

In today's market the 24V LED Power Supplies are much easier to get than was say 6 months ago, or a year ago.

We also underwent that sometimes you may not want to mix a 24V with 12V because the project may share other LEDs

There some big HUGE benefits of using 24V over 12V and they are this.

Longer Life, 24V is half the current than a 12V system, and half the current means Half the Heat & Resistance.

Single Channel Class II Systems for 12V is 60 watts per channel, 24V is 96 watts per channel, as you can see....you can load a lot more LED modules on a 24V system than a 12V, but the most import aspect is LED Life
